My name is Karel Fyrbach. I’m naturally a nerdy, analytical computer science guy, yet it was my love for photography and visuals that led me into digital design.
While mostly playing Counter-Strike during high school, I learned programming and fell in love with Computer Science. I earned a bachelor’s degree in Applied Informatics from the Prague University of Economics and Business, and currently pursuing a master’s in User Experience Research. I also studied abroad in Turkey, specifically at Koç University and Arizona State University, focusing on digital design and entrepreneurship.
I work as a freelancer and have been a versatile designer on retainer for POS Digital s.r.o. for four years, with a year at the top-notch creative/tech studio Blackfish.co, where I worked as UX/UI Designer.
I provide design services—from branding, websites, and mobile or web applications to strategic consulting aimed at optimizing existing solutions or launching entirely new digital products. I enhance product presentation through high-quality, professional photography.
When I am done working I do handstands and listen wisdom of Naval Ravikant. I am a manipulator. Man, what does that mean?!
